How do you improve CSAT and response time in a customer experience team?
By Vaibhav Vijay ·
Short answer: Run customer experience as a product: one roadmap and KPI framework, PRDs with success metrics agreed with engineering, and segmentation, lifecycle journeys and automated triggers built into the platform. On a customer experience platform I managed at OptiServ Consulting, that lifted CSAT 9% and repeat usage 15% and improved response time 27%.

What did the team own?
